The mission of Dylan's Smile is to instill hope and foster pride in any family of a child with a facial birth defect. Our goal is to initiate and provide resources for supportive relationships, while building confidence through camaraderie.

The actual size of the pendant is 2" tall x 1" wide, and is made with lead free solder.  The pendant comes as pictured (one side is black, the other is pink) on the silver chain with the "laugh" (because our hearts are full, right?) charm. 

Why the skull design?  We think it is the perfect art, after all we are a craniofacial support network.  We want to convey a special symbol of strength.  This funky, grunge-inspired design is truly not for sissies!
